This isn't 'crazy', but it works for me and it's pretty basic.

Deadlifts
Wide grip pullups
Barbell rows
One arm DB rows

I switch from doing

Deadlifts
Lat pulldown
Dumbbell rows

and

Deadlifts
Seated rows
Bent over rows
And throw in some pull ups too and maybe chin ups if you do back and bis together.

Go squat!

If you want crazy as in leaves you almost as tired as 20 rep squats, try a couple heavy sets of Kroc rows (one arm dumbbell rows). Those will leave you panting and sweaty...so make sure you bring plenty of chalk and water.

Just do sever different kinds of rows, t bar, barbell, dumbell, 1 arm dumbell, cable, facepull, low pulley and high. Olympic movements, cleans and snatches, deadlifts, good mornings. There are so many options you just have to pick a few. My back actually only really responds to ridiculous volume (way more sets and reps than you would normally do). Of course, pullups and lat pulldowns are a must as well.

I'm not too big into back atm, my back injury, but when i was doing it, it was a lot of 1-arm rows, lat pull downs and cable rows.

i have done some big ones
*chins different grips 4 sets
*bb rows over- underhand 3-4sets
*corner t-rows like ronnie does 3-4sets
*db rows 2-3 quick sets
*shrugs 4 sets
i got great back gains doin these sort of workouts you feel like hammered **** after, you'd probably want at least a few years good years training under your belt or be on juice to do this one. the important thing is to go heavy keep ur form good but go heavy

- deadlift variant. e.g. conventional dead, sumo, partial movements, speed work, deadlift off blocks
- dynamic pull variant. e.g. snatch, clean, high pull
- chins or pulldowns
- row: barbell, dumbbell, machine whatever
