8:00 1st Meal: Cup of Oatmeal (w/ skim milk)
Multi-vitamin
Half a scoop of Low-Card Isopure Protein Powder (in oatmeal)
Cold Cut Turkey

9:00 Pre-Workout: 3 scoops of Superpump250

11:00 Post-Workout: 2 scoops of Isopure in shake

2:00 3rd Meal: Tortilla de Patata (Spanish omelette w/ potatoes)

5:00 4th Meal: Boneless Breaded Chicken

8:00 5th Meal: Can of Tuna & Vegetable Soup w/ lean beef

hey welcome log poster.

what are your macro needs: carbs, protein, good fat? Also, what are your goals: cutting, bulk, and if so how much?

hahaha i wish i knew what that meant... but i am tryna cut down for the summer. I'm in Spain right now so measurements, scales, pretty much anythin is hard to come by.

hahaha nope... im 6' 3"... range anywhere from 195 lb-230 lb... i dunno if any of this helps.

do you know your exact weight? a scale around somewhere maybe

goals are nice to have when doing a workout program. do you have some?
