Ok bros I decided to start cutting, I wanna do a show this summer so I am starting to diet now, so I can take my time droppin down bf.

training split

day
1. chest
2. back
3. legs, calves
4. off
5. arms,calves
6. delts, traps
7. off

my diet is not set in stone, I just have a list of foods i eat when I need to eat
and no carbs after 3pm
proteins

egg whites
whey
chicken breast
lean steak
salmon
talapia
orange roughy
tuna

carbs
sweet potato
brown rice
oats
ezikel bread
honey (PWO)

my pre work out and post workout meals are always about the same

pre wo, 1 scoop whey, 1 cup cheerios

post wo, 2 scoops whey, 2 tbs honey

the supps im going to be using

multi vit
fishoil 4-6g ed
aragine 10-20g ed
taurine 500mg-1000mg ed
creatine (cycled 6 on 2 off)
ALA 600mg pwo
vit-c 3g a day
biotion 5mg ed
magnesium 250mg before bed
the following are just for cycle support
NAC 600mg
red yeast rice 1200mg ed
b-complex 3 tabs ed
calcium 1g ed
vit d 400iu ed
b6 200mg ed
b5 1g ed
saw palmetto
co-q10 100mg ed
vit e 400iu ed


im going to be using a otc fat burner as well cytolean, and possibly some ECA.

todays chest day I did

incline db press, 45x20, 55x15, 75x12, 90x 8, 100x7

incline bench, 135x20, 185x12,225x8,185x10, 135x15
cable flys, 30x20,40x15,50x12,60x10
pec deck, 100x30, 200x 15, 300x 12

push ups, 3 sets of 20

Cheerios isnt the best form of carbs and the closer to showtime prob should cut that bread out.(i dont now the nutritional facts to that bread.

i love cutting i still eat a lot just cut the cheat meals, and no carbs after 3pm, the cheerios are mostly for preworkout carb and post workout only 1 cup, the ezikel bread is the only bread i eat, it is made with no flour, just barley, and has complete protiens

had 2 meals since my pwo shake

2 cups egg whites, 2 cups cherrios

and just had about half pound of chicken boars head cold cuts on 2 slices ezikel bread with lettece and horseradish
