today just finished 45 min cardio on empty stomach, came home had 2 scoops of whey, multi,co-q10,epa,saw palmetto, vit e, going to lift around 12 with my friend at pf so im probably goin get kicked out from the lunk alarm lol, also changed my diet made it cleaner cut the cheerios, juice ect only having sweet potato, ezikel bread and oats for carbs

today was delts,traps,calves pre wo was 2 scoops whey, pwo was 2 scoops whey, 6oz pomagrante and cranberry juice

military press 30x20, 50x18,60x13, 70x11, 80x8
front delt raises 10x20, 20x 20, 20, 15
rear delt flys 60x20,80x14,120x10
side lateral raise on hammer strength 70x16,90x14,100x12,140x7,150x5
shurgs bb 135x20,185x15,225x13,315x10
db shurgs 70'sx15,90x10,100sx10
calves 16 sets seated

lol i havent trained them in a week about so i decided to do a little calv work, when i was training them hard id do 30 sets of them eod 15 seated 15 standing

ha, my calves never really bothered me pain wise, they were sore but didnt really get in the way, mine never get sore anymore once u start doing them often youll be fine

its just good for you and quick digesting so i try to drink a glass of it 3 times a week its expensive as crap though, prob cheaper to buy extract lol

15-30 I use light weight on seated ill use one 45 plate or 25 sometimes

i went to orlando today to water park, so i didnt train or diet, i did bring 3 cartons of egg whites to drink so i got in my protiens for the day but i deff didnt diet lol, anyways diet and training continues tommorrow, chest,calves!!!
