i dont think it took long, maybe between 1hour or 1.5hour.
my gains are coming along, some time with no size just extra strength it seems like( mainly with back), bi's and front delts are moving along (catching up to laterial delt and tri's). with incline bench first, it seems like i am filling in my upper chest as well, for i always favored flat movements first before.
