i will prbly work them in very slowly, can never be too careful when it comes to back injuries. prbly start off with some hyper-extensions first and then work my way into the top half of deads and not the full range. never really like squats to begin with, but will use them here and there prbly never go for heavey stuff, just use them as a shock, once i feel i have reached close to 100%.

July 2nd, next Wednesday, back on Creatine Mono, it will have been alittle over a month.
Will run it through July and August.

Yeah I hate squats too, but IMO they're a must if your able to do them.
Damn nice delt workout. And then a mile jog after, how long did that workout take you? HAve you been seeing good gain recently?

i dont think it took long, maybe between 1hour or 1.5hour.

my gains are coming along, some time with no size just extra strength it seems like( mainly with back), bi's and front delts are moving along (catching up to laterial delt and tri's). with incline bench first, it seems like i am filling in my upper chest as well, for i always favored flat movements first before.
