wow looks good! how are you liking the higher reps? you are doing this for form did you say? it sounds like you have more then a smith if you doing cable cross overs. im happy i have the machine for widegrip pullups so you can add a bit of weight to help you out. these are great to do for back tho. also regular dips both also do tris but dips takes the traps out and i find the pull up pulls the abs into it. lookin good!

ps guys with blackeyes are hot
i love the higher reps. they are high enough for me to get a good pump from, but not too high to take up too much time - its a nice balance lol yep, im doing lighter weight than i was in my previous log because i want everything done with perfect form. ye i have a few machines at my gym but only one smith machine. haha i'll take the black eye thing as a compliment, but isnt really much of a black eye now, just a small bruise - someone said it looks like im wearing make up

ye Zack and KM have encouraged me to implement more slang in my replies lol 'on my larry' = on my own 'bird' = woman
ye im really liking the volume, so i wanna keep the sets up. my recovery is pretty quick to be honest, normally i will be sore/aching for a day or two. its normally legs that take the beating the worst. nope, no supplements right now. i wanna start a cycle of creatine pretty soon though
