This coming monday i will begin my 4 week journal through the jungle of war....ok that was kinda cheesie. I will keep a update for all 5 days that i work out on my progresss and i will take measurments and weight before hand for comparison. I will keep up my caloric intake around 3000 if not more depending on my appetite....also i will be doing cardio 3-4 times a week for 20-30min along with my usual hardcore lifting. hopefully i can shred some body fat while building some lean muscle. this is what my stack will look like:

week 1-4 JW 3 caps (tentative)
already started CREATINE MONO
" " BCAA's
" " WHEY PROTEIN
" " Casein Protein

Possibly after:(another 4 weeks)
6oxo
NO2
Creatine MONO
Whey
Casein

Cant freaking wait to start up, look forward to updating you all.

So didnt go to the gym today or get my measurments done today due to the fact that my dog is extremely sick and woke up at 5 in the morning puking like a mofo and will barely move...so due to the fact that he is like my child i stayed home this morning but will be hitting it tomorrow. I have started to take my jungle warfare today just to get the ball rolling. cant wait to hit the gym tomorrow.

OK so today was day one at the gym while taking my JW. Today i did chest and it was a good work out considering the none sleep i got cause i found out my dog has pancriatits (spellling probably off). But for day one i cant wait for the rest of the cycle to see what happens. THe pump was insane (a little more than usual) and i was pushing really focused during the set but thinking of the dog inbetween. So here is what i did today:

Flat bench (3wide) (3shoulder width) 3-225lbs 2-180 1-135
Decline 4 sets 4-185lbs
Incline 4 sets 4-185lbs
flys (3 flat) (3 45degree angle) 3-35 lbs 3-25lbs
cable pulls (3 lower) (3 upper) 2-50lbs 1-40lbs 3-60lbs

came home and immediatly took my whey and some more creatine...next is my prework meal and then off to crappy work. thanks for all the concern with the dog bros. also i am not hopeing to cut and bulk at the same time just want to build up and maybe loose some fat in the process. just some wishful thinking.

It'd be nice to see the weights, reps and sets for your workouts.

Islander is right, it's either bulk or cut. Granted you can lose fat on a bulk but I think you have to cycle between cutting and bulking phases. I'm in a cut too. I don't see any cardio in your workouts??

If you're new to lifting, newbie gains can allow you to lose fat and build muscle at the same time. If you're not, though, it's usually just one or the other.

Sorry to hear about your dog. I know that constantly worried feeling! :( I just recently lost a pet and i'm really bummed out. Hope he gets better soon!

But i will be doing cardio tomorrow and then friday for 30 min. As far as loosing fat and bulking up at the same time i am dreaming i know and now regret even posting my hope....i am not a newb i have been lifting for 8 solid years and just started to play with the test boosters and what not.

a little stats for me:

220 lbs
17.5 in arms
44 in chest
18 in neck

havent measured legs and calfs yet. will get those done soon. thanks for all the dog concern and support. peace out bros and gals.

No need to regret it, there's no harm in hoping. If it's any consolation, if your bulk is clean enough your bf% will technically go down because of the increase in lean mass. So you can still look leaner even without losing fat. I didn't know about the test boosters, they might also reduce bodyfat. I guess time will tell, but here's hoping for the best!

So did back today and man what a work out...i was all over the weights and jacked to no extent even with little sleep last night from the dog. My diet is gonna be as clean as it usually is with little fat and low sugars....very high protein. Here is what i did today.

Wide lat pull downs
1 set warm up
2 sets 120lbs
1 set 140lbs (little bit of help from wife)
Bent over rows
1 set 135lbs
2 sets 185lbs
1 set 135lbs
Seated rows
1 set 60lbs
3 sets 80lbs
Close grip lat pulldowns
1 set 100lbs
3 sets 120 lbs
T bar
3 sets 315lbs

(all sets are 8-10reps)

as you can see i blasted my back during this workout. Right after my weights i went and did low intensity cardio on the optical for 10 min and then did HIIT for another 10 min. Lets just say that right now i am freaking wore out and may need a nap but it felt great. Tomorrow is arms day cant wait!!!!!!!
