Woke up 10:00

1 cup oatmeal 2 whole eggs

11:45- 4 egg whites on toast

12:45 1 cup brown rice with protein shake

2:15- Protein shake with 2 slices white bread

Lightweight lol deadlifted 315 today 5 times took a video on my phone but idk how to put it on the comp. Seriously one of my goals when i first started working out was to have a 315 deadlift and now i got it so i gta work on bringin the squat and bench up to there lol.

For the rest of 4/12 i ate

4:00- Tuna with 2 slices wheat bread

6:15- 10 oz chicken breast grilled 1 cup broccoli sweet potatoes and salad

8:30- 6 oz chicken breast

As for today i really havent been as happy about working out as i was today when i deaded that weight. I know for some 315 isnt alot but idk i just wanted to get it

Macros for the day


214 g of protein 165 g of carbs and 30 grams of fats totalling 1786 calories

11:30 (Pre Wo) 1 cup of brown rice 1 protein shake

12:50 (Post Wo) 2 Slices white bread 1 protein shake

2:30 1 can of tuna with 2 slices of wheat bread

4:30 Peanut butter sandwich

7:00 8oz brisket asparagas and brocooli

I worked out early today cuz i needed to get my oil changed and the place is right next to my gym so it jus worked out. Macros for the day are 165 g of carbs 201 g of protein and 36 g of fats totalling 1800 calories

I got alot of expenses for a kid and its fairly affordable. Just quick conveneint doesnt need to be heated up or cooked idk its just themost practical thing for me rightnow. I also like it lol

Wake up- 2 french toast with 4 egg whites

9:00- Oak valley bar

10:30- 2 chicken patties with 2 slices whole wheat

1:00- 8oz chicken on whole wheat wrap with honey mustard and cheese

2:30- Peanut butter with milk

4:00- 12 almonds

5:30 Pre w/o shake with 1/2 cup brown rice

7:45 Post w/o shake with 2 slices white bread

8:30 Chicken Breast, Kidney beans and salad

Today i finally got the clear to blast the shit outta my legs again at the gym. I also know that if u work a body part with legs it helps that body part grow. Chest is my weakness so i worked chest with legs today. Consumed a lil more carbs to help keep fuel up throughout the workout

Macros for the day are 180g of carbs, 225g of protein and 46 g of fats

Alright so i didn't post yesterday but my macros inculded 173g of carbs 217g of protein and 43g of fats. Let me say that it has become very hard to walk and go up the stairs lol my legs are dead. Today I woke up had some eggs and pancakes and went to the beach because its about 80 around here so it was a good day.

Wake up- 2 pancakes 4 egg whites.

10:00 Tuna with italian dressing cucumbers and tomatoes

1:00- 8oz of roast beef on 2 slices of whole wheat

2:30 1 cup of brown rice with 8 oz chicken breast.

Im not sure if im gna make the gym today because my entire body is amazingly sore. I dont think it would be constructive and my body really needs a break to recover

Alright so yesterday was another nice day so i was out all day but i wrote the meals down in my book.

Wake up- 4 eggs with 2 slices wheat bread

11:30- Protein shake with 1 cup rice

1:00- Protein shake with 2 slices white bread

2:30- 1 cup tuna with 1 pear

4:30 2 Hamburgers barbecue

6:30- Chili with 6 oz chicken

9:00- 8oz red meat sweat potato asparagus

I also played basketball and softball all day so i didn't do any cardio at the gym. My macros for the day were 165 g of carbs 234g of protein and 40 g of fats totalling 1956 calories. Today is my cheat day so i will continue posting tmmw.

Alright so i was searching the forum and saw LBJ posted a split that his friend used. Im going to modify it a little and it will look like this

MON-Legs & Chest abs
Tue- Back & Traps Cardio
Wendsday- Cardio, Abs Sauna (well see how the sauna goes)
Thrusaday- Chest shoulders Cardio
Friday- Calves arms
Saturday- Cardio Abs
Sunday- Morning Cardio

legs and chest is a lil tough to do man. two huge compound movements in one day is rough either way

yea man only do legs but if u want split your leg up try doing chest and hams never chest and quads to much on your body.
