Wake up- 2 french toast with 4 egg whites
9:00- Oak valley bar
10:30- 2 chicken patties with 2 slices whole wheat
1:00- 8oz chicken on whole wheat wrap with honey mustard and cheese
2:30- Peanut butter with milk
4:00- 12 almonds
5:30 Pre w/o shake with 1/2 cup brown rice
7:45 Post w/o shake with 2 slices white bread
8:30 Chicken Breast, Kidney beans and salad
Today i finally got the clear to blast the shit outta my legs again at the gym. I also know that if u work a body part with legs it helps that body part grow. Chest is my weakness so i worked chest with legs today. Consumed a lil more carbs to help keep fuel up throughout the workout
Macros for the day are 180g of carbs, 225g of protein and 46 g of fats
