I tried it for a while but my throat was all raw and it just made me cough more, so i figured i'd rest now so i can attack the weights and bike when i'm recovered 100%. I guess in my case, the sickness took my mind off cardio, heheh.
I slept a lot today, but i feel much better for it. I dunno if i'll be able to get up early and do my workout before work tomorrow; it'll be my first day, so i wanna get enough sleep to make a good impression. But we'll see, maybe i'll wake up early anyway due to all this napping. Even if i don't make it tomorrow, i definitely wanna make it a habit so i know i'll get my workouts in even if i have a totally awful and draining day.
Either way, i'm definitely getting my workout in tomorrow or the basement cat will have my soul.
