The elbow was bothering me all today, but i doubled up on the heating pad and really nailed this workout. Even got to up the weight on the curls. Towards the end, i wondered if i should've upped the weight so soon, but i managed to finish them. The workout lasted longer than an hour, but i don't feel all shaky like my last leg day. Instead, i got a great pump. Especially from those curls.
After that, we went swimming again. I had no idea my dearest symbiote was so aquatic! I'm adapting well to this amphibious lifestyle, so this is a good thing. :3
