i got chattin last night and didnt have to time to update heres wednesdays wo. soooo good had wicked pump goin probaly woulda thown some more shit in there but the gym closed.

10min bike
flat BB bench 2x15@65/ 2x12@75
inlcine DB BenchPress 15@15/3x15@17.5
Inlcline DB flies 4x12@17.5
Bench Dips 29,22,15
Kickbacks 3x15@12.5
decline situps 20,20,20
gym closed no side crunches

Love the WOs!! nice weight youre a strong woman!

I stopped using gloves a while back now and its soo much better 4 grip! My finger got caught in the handle thingys in the legg press, which activate the stoppers and i got a hugggeee blood bubble on my finger!

I went on to do SLDLs and it popped on the bar!

ewww^ lol oh ya i forgot to mention so i did end up wearing the gloves omg! kush kush! worked great for those ones anyway. but what were you thinking silly takem off when your not doing something that needs them.

also gapped out agian im still off today is friday..not thurday my resy day..last time i did this i know tonight is going to be ruff!

aslo kenny i was reading somewhere on here ill have to go back and double check but it hink zir was saying doing any weights like flys on the decline bench is pointless. nobody quote me i just wanted to write a note so remember to look into this when i get back from work.

thanks for checkin in bhana! its funny doing any DB stuff i actully dont feel very strong. i know my back and my legs are my strong points. last night i did tho. had this crazy adrenaliney shaky pump thing goin on, it was awesome. and finally doing alot of freeweights and deads im finally getting a bit of respect from the guys which is nice. i was talking to kenny about this, other then like 3 guys and 2 girls i dont talk to anybody at my gym i wondered why guys always talk amongst themselves but never to me. lots i see watching me in the mirror but never say anything. i think we finally figured out i look like a bitch when i workout lol. i know i frown on some heavy things and look very serious i geuss. im very concerntrated, walk to the rack, to the bench, i dont meanander around. but then last night i also realized its not just them its me too. i might make eye contact for a second but then i look away. so by the end for last night i kept my head up, didnt avert my eyes, had 3 smiles and a convo wahoo!

i was thinking that about the decline flies. since you have boobs doesn't really make sense to do those cuz they would work lower chest. but i couldn't think of putting something else on there.

what do you think islander?

decline flyes aren't terrible. i'd stick more with incline flyes and flat flyes to even ur chest out

No Probz islander, Try dipping. I talk to alot of people at the gym, Loads a few even join me during my WO and i dont mind at all, they canhelp me alil. Its way better than my old gym where everyone is a newb! These guys actually take time out to borrow nutrition books and buy arnolds encyclopedia and read the damn thing cover to cover! i Love it!

legs were kickin ass tonight workout seemed really short

oneleg leg ex. 15x3@70
leg press 220/15,240/15,260/25,280/15! coulda gone higher but dont want to chance a injury if i handt done th first 30 i would have tried.
DB lunges 15x4@20
Stiffleg deads (kinda weak, harder then bent leg) 10x3@135
Pullups assistid with 3x15@100
Bentover DB Rows 3x10@12.5 wasnt feelin them, looked ok but form felt off
Close Grip pulldowns 1x15@80 2x12@90
8lb medince ball vtwist things 3x12
crunchs 2x20
cardio um heheh 10 min swim 10 min sauna

hahaha psh, ur boobs are totally even. Actually unlike most girls, most chicks have uneven boobs. one's always bigger than the other.

I was talking about evening ur chest out cuz most people when they do decline anything put on a thick lower chest, but don't quite have that upper chest that makes it look right.
