
All right going up date as i did lose a book and glad I have the info ive typed into my log so far. Been a couple month kept changing things up but bascily kept the same split but took have been taking a week off every 3 weeks I just seem to lose intensity around that time but my body loves it. I have about 2 months of updates but will start with today and hopfully post up for a little but. Ive been getting a couple afternoon workouts in cuase my of work schedule and have to say I love it but usually im stuck with nights.

Trying to so more cardio but have a toe joint pain issues and some old knee injury **** still. Anyway feels good to be writing out a my log again

Its werid i feel like 'yaa i rock!' when im writing it out as i work out but when i get home and type it out im like only 180...that sucks lol. oh well haha.
