All right going up date as i did lose a book and glad I have the info ive typed into my log so far. Been a couple month kept changing things up but bascily kept the same split but took have been taking a week off every 3 weeks I just seem to lose intensity around that time but my body loves it. I have about 2 months of updates but will start with today and hopfully post up for a little but. Ive been getting a couple afternoon workouts in cuase my of work schedule and have to say I love it but usually im stuck with nights.

SL Deads 1x20@135/1x10@185/1x5@225/1x15@135 meh not great
Leg Press 1x15@180/2x10@270/1x8@270
FS Squats 1x12@135/1x12@185/1x6@205/1x6@135 (felt like i was going to get a groin pull had to walk and stretch to out for like 15 min)
Leg Extension 1x12@120/1x12@160/2x8@180
Seated calf raises 3x12@90
Decline situps 3 sets of 20 hate these get a super headrush
Swim for 25 min.
Steam room 15min.
Power walked treadmill 20 min.

Trying to so more cardio but have a toe joint pain issues and some old knee injury **** still. Anyway feels good to be writing out a my log again Its werid i feel like 'yaa i rock!' when im writing it out as i work out but when i get home and type it out im like only 180...that sucks lol. oh well haha.

'given up' pshhh *shakes head and finger i just took a month off from the interent and hadnt been posing in my log for a month before that. **** i have a couple but if i dont type in in that day i just dont.

Incline BB bench12@45/2x8@65/2x8@85
Seated Barbell Front Press 15@15/3x8@35
DB front raises 3x10@15 (still burns like a ****er)
Db side lateral rasies 10@12/10@12.5/8@17.5(oww)
Bent over rear laterals 2x12@15/1x10@17.5
Rope Crunches 3x20-25 at 130 pounds

Steam 20
treadmill 20 min



thinking of going higher reps on leg stuff have a few questions but will type out later.
