Leg Press (Seated) not in my routine but i like these better and havent done them in awhile 12@240/15@260/15@280/15@300/15@320/12@340!!!!woot coulda gone heavier but didnt want to push it try agian tomorrow or the next day for more..mabey the whole stack!never know

Tuesday today not suppsoed to be but rest day but a 3K jog.

3K???whoa i'd be dead lol...

nice weight on the squats. my dad would be just as impressed as i am. he tells me that any woman that can squat 135lbs free weight is strong as hell. but wait until you get up to 185lbs! he won't believe it!!!!!

some crazy weight you're liftin' there keep it up.

so let me know when you got a day off so we can work on switching up your routine! it's time for some lower volume. to prevent overtraining. it's about time!!! plus, it's always good to switch up the exersises to shock the muscles!

what its still was less then most of the guys there...even like 17 yrs old lol. i think other then the leg press and deads everything is just ok my upper body is weak as heck to..but thanks! means alot. cheers. hahaha and those weights are including the bar....just so you know..

Well I know its been awhile and i have a bunch of wo's written out but ill just skip to days. Took 4 days off and feeling weak but didnt do to bad. Diet hasnt been too bad a alot of eating late and beer...damn summer time.

SL Deads 1x12@135/1@15@135/4x3@205/1x15@135 (new record of reps on 205, only did 1 RM 205 before)
WG Lat Pulldown 1x10@90/2x12@90/1x8@100 (cant seem to feel these in my lats as much as i should have more forarm and sholder i dont know what was goin on)
Seated Cable Rows 1x15@80/3x12@90 (these felt easy will strict form but as soon as i got to 12 i lost all power and form)
Concentration Curls 3x12@15 ( i dunno if i like doing biceps i feeel like im showing off or soemthing lol , not that its impresssive just feels very ungirly)
Hammer Curls 3x12@15/1x12@17.5 (like these tho)
Wrist Curls 3x15@12.5
Reverse Wrist Curls 3x15@10
Rope Crunches 3X20@70 (dunno what happed here usually have 110 on there)
Decline Situps 2x20

was bored and felt fine had a crazy pump going on in my forarms felt really hard lol went back and did random stuff
