This is one definition of endomorph and yep i consider myself one.Did I change my body type no I dont think so but I have "corrected" it and shaped it into something i like a little better but its a constant struggle to stay that way.I had to totally change my lifestyle Hence "bodybuilding isnt a hobby its a lifestyle"
I could quit working out and dieting today and be 40 lbs heavier in a month.
