Well everyone its about time i make myself get serious about my training again! Ever since the surgery on the shoulder and my gf breaing up with me i havent been able to stay 100% dedicated to what i can control in my life! Basically this will just keep me motivated and going to the gym for now. I will keep track of my lift, supplementation, weight, ect... My nutrition isnt going to be 100% as of now seeing i still dont have any wil to eat like i used to.
Ok so over the last month my weight has dropped from 207lbs to 193(As Of Last Friday).... yeah i lost 14lbs. No pics as of right now. But i now it doesnt feel good. I will load up pics today after my workout so i can track my visual progress.

Goals For This Year:
1. Hit the 220lb mark on the scale by august. Sooner if Possible
2. Increase my cardiovascular health.
3. Cut down to 8-10%bf by december after my bulk.
4. Increase all max lifts by 15-30lbs.
5. Have a body to be proud of!
