Well everyone its about time i make myself get serious about my training again! Ever since the surgery on the shoulder and my gf breaing up with me i havent been able to stay 100% dedicated to what i can control in my life! Basically this will just keep me motivated and going to the gym for now. I will keep track of my lift, supplementation, weight, ect... My nutrition isnt going to be 100% as of now seeing i still dont have any wil to eat like i used to.

Ok so over the last month my weight has dropped from 207lbs to 193(As Of Last Friday).... yeah i lost 14lbs. No pics as of right now. But i now it doesnt feel good. I will load up pics today after my workout so i can track my visual progress.

Stats:
I will update this info today after my work out...

Goals For This Year:
1. Hit the 220lb mark on the scale by august. Sooner if Possible
2. Increase my cardiovascular health.
3. Cut down to 8-10%bf by december after my bulk.
4. Increase all max lifts by 15-30lbs.
5. Have a body to be proud of!

Supplements:
ON 100% Whey
ON 100% Casein
EAS 100% Whey
ON BCAA 1000
Creatine Mono
Multi Vit
*Jungle Warfare
*Epistane Cycle

*Are possible cycles i may include in the near future.

Nutrition:
*Is subject to change day by day... But will try my best to stay on a good schedule. Will update daily.

*Will inform you on what exercises are performed each day and amount of weight used.

Shoulders/Traps

Thanks alot bro! First update it now...

Today was chest/tri's!!! Felt week cause i have been sick but still a decent workout.

Chest:
Dumbbell Bench- 1x10x55lbs, 2x8x60lbs, 1x6x65lbs
Incline Dumbbell Bench- 1x12x40lbs, 2x10,8x45lbs
Cable Cross Overs- 3x12x60lbs
Fly Machine- 1x12x90lbs, 1x10x110lbs, 2x10x130lbs

Tri's:
Cable Rope Pull Downs- 1x12x60lbs, 1x10x70lbs, 1x7x75lbs
Skull Crushers(Curl Bar)- 1x8x25lbs each side, 2x12x10lbs each side
Close Grip Bench- 3x12x60lbs

Remember that i had a shoulder surgery so my numbers have gone down significantly from the fall...

Well guys my cold came back and hit me hard for a few days so i was unable to workout... But today i felt good enough to get back in there today. So i hit chest/tri's again. Tommorow will be legs so stay tuned!!!

Chest:
Dumbbell Bench- 1x10x55lbs, 2x8x60lbs, 2x5x65lbs
Incline Dumbbell Bench- 3x10x40lbs
Cable Cross Overs- 1x12x60lbs, 1x10x70, 2x10x80
Fly Machine- 2x10x90lbs, 1x10x110lbs

Well guys today was supposed to be legs... But when i got there the two actual body builders we have at our gym were killing them. So i decided to do back since i was in a hurry and had class in a hour and a half.

Back:
Lat Pull Downs- 2x120lbsx12, 2x130lbsx10
Wide Grip Pull Ups- 3x6, 1x5
Cable Rows- 2x60lbsx12, 1x70lbsx10, 1x80lbsx10
Hammer Strength Rows- 3x90lbsx10
Lawn Mowers- 3x40lbsx10
Back Extensions- 3x45lbsx10

Weight:
192lbs Up one pound from yesterday. Probably water weight from the creatine.

Notes:
- Anything involving me to pull myself upwards was causing a pretty good pain in my shoulder i had surgery on.
- Strength is slowly returning to what it was before my break and surgery.
- Was on a tight time frame due to my school schedule so my rest periods were about 3/4 what they normally are. Might explain the fatigue and low weight.
- Since i had no time to hit biceps i will lift them with my shoulder/traps work out.
- I will also do some oblique workouts tonight when i get home.

Nice workout mm1! You don't deadlift, or was because you were strict on time decided not to. Sorry to hear about your shoulder, take it easy I guess 'till it recovers..

I was pretty strapped on time...
Made it to class with about 5mins to spare. And im not really sure how my arm would do with all that weight pulling down on my arm lol.
And to be honest i have never really dead lifted.
Although once i get my courage back and strength in my arm i plan on learning and adding it to my routine.

Well yesterday was a off day. My upper body is extremely sore lol... Can definitely feel my lats and bi's today. So i immagine it was a pretty good work out(FYI: Right now i am more worried about adding width to my back than thickness).

I spent the day at my brothers baseball game. He is a sophomore in high school 6'1 235lbs. Varsity catcher, His name is max martinez Widefield : Boys Baseball : RockyPreps.com Watch his stats. Right now he is 12th in the state for hitting. Only one person in front of him has as many at bats though. So imo he is 2nd in the state.

Today i will hit the legs and ab's. With this as the plan:
Legs:
Hack Squats: 3x10-12
Smith Machine Squats: 3x12-20
Leg Press: 3x8-10
Leg Extensions:3x8-12
Leg Curls: 3x8-12
Seated Calf Raises: 3x15-20

Ab's:
Decline Crunches: 3x20
Leg Raises: 3x8-12
Rope Crunches: 3x8-12


*The reason for smith machine squats is my shoulder yet again... Kinda have my limitations with it lol.
**A hour before my work out 2scoops ON 100% Whey+5G Creatine Mono+Whole Wheat Bread.
***15mins Before Workout 2scoops No-Xplode.
****Right After Workout 2scoops ON 100% Whey+5G Creatine Mono+White Bread.
