Barbell Bench- 2x7x185lbs, 2x4x195lbs
Incline Dumbbell Bench- 4x6x75lbs
Weighted Dips- 4x6,5,5,5xBW+25lbs
Fly Machine- 4x6x100lbs
Tri's:
Cable Rope Pull Downs- 2x10x100lbs, 2x8x115lbs
Skull Crushers(Curl Bar)- 3x10x15lbs each side
Close Grip Bench- 3x10x70lbs
