Yup, agree...

The scale is an illusion bro, only use it to prove to yourself you've gained weight. I weigh myself now once a week, and I must say I do feel more confident. Workout looks great man. I'd add some global core movements to your ab exercises, unless I missed something in the last workouts.

Keep eating bro! 200 should be apparent in a couple days! How's the water intake?

Yeah guys i know i shouldnt but i like to lol... Water intake is about 1.5-2 gallons a day. I will be taking pictures sunday and measurments. To compare before and after cycle results.

Smith Machine Squats- 2x6x225lbs, 1x8x205lbs
Leg Press- 3x6x320lbs
Leg Extentions- 3x6x150lbs
Leg Curls- 3x6x130lbs

Machine Calf Raises- 3x12x170lbs

Notes:
*Decent workout... Still getting my two leg work outs a week.
*Rest periods were short cause my parents needed me home lol.
*Diet is planned to start monday. May wait another week to start my cycle.

Well today was a off day. Wanted to give my body some rest before i start my summer job tommorow! Basically is mowing and maintaining landscapes colorado springs utilities owns. And they pay me really well for a college kid... But tommorow also marks a day of a more clean diet where i watch my macros and am maxing out on all my major lifts prior to my epi cycle.

Basically this is what tommorows diet shall look like.

Meal 1-
1.5cups Oatmeal
1 Scoop 100% Whey
1 Cup Milk
1 Glass Oj

Meal 2-
Peanut Butter & Jelly:
3 Slices Wheat Bread
Peanut Butter(Dunno How Much I Put On There Lol)
Strawberry Jelly!" "
Small Apple

Meal 3-
Met Rx Collosal 100 Bar:
410 Calories
14g Fat
43g Carbs
3g Fiber
32g Protein.
(Got 12 Bars For $15 so i might be eating one of these a day!)

Meal 4- Preworkout
Chicken Packet-7oz Total
Wheat Bread- 2or3 Slices
Apple

Meal 5- Postworkout
2 Scoop 100% Whey
2or3 Slices White Bread

Meal 6-
Dinner w/e my mom makes!

Meal 7-
2 Scoops 100% Casein
1tbs EVOO

SUPPS:
On Whey
On Casein
On BCAA
Prolab Creatine
Eas Whey
Multi Vit
Fish Oil With CLA

Pretty much every day will look like this with a few minor alterations. Let me know what you think!

Hey bro.

Everything looks pretty good. Yup, love the Met-Rx bars. My parents buy me 6 a week, and I take them to school...one in between breakfast and lunch. Your meals are looking bigger, but probably not enough. Actually not nearly enough, if you're looking to put on the lbs.

Pre workout, I'd add some other sources of carbs. Rice, pastas, more bread. You're right now only taking in I'd say around 80g's. I think you could do better honestly. I also wouldn't put the apple in there, lower GI, and lead to a time released insulin spike.

Post workout, I'd through in more food for one. Although some complex carbs can restore muscle glycogen, I'd add other higher-glycemic carbs. Add in some honey, super easy to do. 1 tablespoon is 17g of carbs, take around 3.

Before bed, Casein looks good. Through in your nuts there. You need hormonal aid during you sleep as natural GH levels are raised, which you know. Take in omega 3,6 and 9's.

Oh thanks for the quick reply man! Right now im waiting on a few things to arrive via mail... Got some waxy maize on its way to that will help and i havent went to the grocery store yet. When i do i will be eatine 100-125g brown or wild rice pre workout. And will have a more set in stone diet with macros and cals.

Well guys todays first day of work was so easy... I mean nothing like last year, But then again it was all training videos/ect for the new guys. So im sure it will get harder.

This is how the days meals went...

Meal 1-

Todays Work out was at a new gym, went to the y after work with my friend and well it sucked! It was super crowded! And well i was getting fucking rushed by everyone in there. Really started to piss me off. Also i couldnt get to a flat bench so i had to do incline first which i never do, suppose the change is good though.

Chest/Tris:
-Incline Dumbbell Bench Press- 4x8,6,6,4x70lbs(Rest periods were really small cause some ass was fucking being a douch!)
-Dumbbell Bench Press- 3x6,6,4x70lbs
-Dumbbell Flys- 3x8x40lbs
-Dips- 4x9,9,9,3

-Ez Curl Bar Skull Crushers- 4x12x70lbs
-Close Grip Bench- 3x12x70lbs

Not my best workout i just finally got pissed and wanted to get out of there. For now on ill have to just go later lol...

Oh yeah i forgot my bread... But i did have a gatorade lol... Right now i am all out of pretty much everything i need. But i am going to the store this weekend!!! Which means i can stock up on everything. Help me start a list hehe.
