Well guys todays first day of work was so easy... I mean nothing like last year, But then again it was all training videos/ect for the new guys. So im sure it will get harder.

3g Fiber
32g Protein.
(Got 12 Bars For $15 so i might be eating one of these a day!)

Chicken Packet-7oz Total
Wheat Bread- 2 Slices
Apple
Meal 5- Postworkout
2 Scoop 100% Whey
Meal 6-
2 5oz Pork Chops
1cup Corn
1.5cup Stuffing...
Meal 7-
2 Scoops
100% Casein
1tbs EVOO
Todays Work out was at a new gym, went to the y after work with my friend and well it sucked! It was super crowded! And well i was getting fucking rushed by everyone in there. Really started to piss me off. Also i couldnt get to a flat bench so i had to do incline first which i never do, suppose the change is good though.
Chest/Tris:
-Incline Dumbbell Bench Press- 4x8,6,6,4x70lbs(Rest periods were really small cause some ass was fucking being a douch!)
-Dumbbell Bench Press- 3x6,6,4x70lbs
-Dumbbell Flys- 3x8x40lbs

-Ez Curl Bar Skull Crushers- 4x12x70lbs
-Close Grip Bench- 3x12x70lbs
Not my best workout i just finally got pissed and wanted to get out of there. For now on ill have to just go later lol...
