thanks for the compliment guys. i really needed that. it means a lot.

umm.. i buy eggwhites from the carton.

i did this in one year yes. this is what it took

nights and grueling mornings in the gym. sweating my ass off. about to throw up almost every leg and back workout. i've thrown up 5 times in that one year. 1 was during a back workout. and the others were all from legs.

eating food until i was about to puke and couldn't swallow. then, i would use water to chew my food up a little and swallow it with the water since i couldn't swallow any more.

drinking weight gainers after meals until i was so full, i swore i would never do that again.

i hate eating every 2 hours. i'm never hungry anymore. cheat meals are the best because everything else either taste like nothing to me, or i hate it. i hate the taste of tuna but i must gone through hundreds of cans in that one year because it's cheaper.

hours and hours and hours of research.

lot of money spent of food and supplements.

and i say it's all worth it.

training? fun? i wonder where you get fun from.

i do enjoy bodybuilding though.

Man...

And when you look back on all of the hard work you've done, you want recognition. That's why I feel support and motivational people are the most precious things to have in this sport. Props on the dedication, that's what makes or breaks someone. Continue this, continue reading like we/I am and there's only one way; up!

Good job ken. I feel the same way, but I've never throw up. I've almost passed out...But that was a while ago..

I hate cottage cheese, but I always eat that shit. I make it yummy, put pepper on it! If the food sucks, find something else with the same nutritional value. For instance, bread is my main carb source. I hate rices.

3 Plates for squat! Nice job man, I have to post my leg day yesterday as well. Forgot to last night lol. Anyway, don't sweat the leg curls. If you went deep, like I think you do on the squats; you should be fine bro.

Killer workout ken, keep it up!
