but my bulk diet is not as impressive as yours and people would kill me.

ok here's what i ate today so far

4:50 - woke up
meal 1

About 2 cups of fruity pebbles in whole milk
8 eggwhites
2 cups of orange juice

8:00 - Meal 2
protein bar
290 calories (only 2g of sugar) and 30g of protein
water

9:30 - Meal 3
1 banana
2 scoops of optimum nutrition whey protein w/5g of creatine monohydrate

12:00 - Meal 4
About 4 cups of whole grain pasta w/ground beef
pepsi

3:00 - Meal 5
3 scoops of true mass

6:00 - meal 6
about 4 cups of whole grain pasta
about 8 oz of chicken breast
pepsi


that's it so far today

Many. That's why everyone asked where you went man. People may not post, hopefully they will, but they will most definitely read.

Those meals are awesome man! What the fuck you talking about- those meals being bad? Only thing that you can consider changing if you can is your shake/bar intake.

Then focus on getting some lean protein in there. Before bed, try to consume the majority of your monounsaturates and polyunsaturates. Your meals look pretty good man.

Those are the healthy fats man. Which contain the omega-3's. Egg's are a real source good source of healthy macro nutrients, but contain a shit load of Cholesterol. Just realized that this weekend, reading up, so I'm trying to limit the amount of Eggs I consume.
