if the 5th meal is immediately after work out and after 30 or 40 min comes meal 6........ its good couse after work out body needs simple carbs and protein intake and fwe minutes after prot. and sim.carbs body will need comp.carbs
but kenny said that the 6th meal is 1 hour after meal 5.......he also said that his methabolism is fast so 1 hour dude is a lot of time considerng ur metabolism.
first option is like i said on the top 30 40 min after workout
