it is especially if you're light and strong lol.

but i like to do it toward the end of my workout when my triceps are already real tired so i won't have to use as much weight.

i'm doing 15 real slow reps here. burns like hell. it feels like kickbacks (if you do them parallell to the floor) only they burn more.

I have nothing to disagree.High volume-high intensity.Great.
We must get through the standards in our workouts to grow.
You dont need to know exactly what are you going to do but discover it when you get into the gym(except from the bodyparts you are going to hit).I always see guys do the standards.2-3 set per exersise,2-3 exercises per bodypart without even going to failure or use different techniques. They do for example 8 reps and then suddenly leave the bar or the db.Are you crazy? You can do another 3-4 struggling reps and you don't?.And what is the result.
I am 2-3 years in my gym and see the same people with he same bodies while I am 15kgs heavier than before and from 88lbs in Squats I am over 330lbs now, Deadlifts even higher
and Leg Presses somewhere 660lbs.That's results.

One only thing, try not to overtrain.I guess you already know.Personally I would keep that volume for 3-4 weeks and then 1-2 weeks lower volume but still intense.

ha! I noticed your meals.Nice way to present them. And weight gainers are really easy and good calories.I used Carb Free Whey in my previous bulk phase cause of my 15% of bodyfat. But in the next I will definately use Mass Tech probably.
From Universal I have used Animal Pak and Stak.Great products. From Creatines, I have used Celltech and EAS phosphahen.I have also used Carnitine,Hydroxycut,Multivitamins,
BCAA,Aminos,Omega 3(EPA/DHA)

good post bro. i agree. although you shouldn't always train to failiure. i do probably 50% of the time believe it or not. that's another thing that i can't really say too much around here. it's blasphemy for most people.

that's good results!

and yes, you're right about the volume. i don't train this high all the time. probably about 50% of the time as well.
