I'm confused... if you don't max out, how do you only do 315, why not a higher number like 600?

By maxing out, I mean how much can you do.

the most i've done is actually 335lbs for 10 fucking reps

could i do 345lbs or 355lbs for 10? probably but who cares. 10 reps brought me to failiure with that weight so who cares?

maxing out means a one rep max which is stupid to do with shurgs and can get you hurt

current weight - 170lbs
bodyfat - between 11-13%
Height - 5'4

Squat - 315lbsx6
Leg Press - 700lbsx5 600lbsx10
Deadlift - 405lbsx4
Bench Press - 275lbs
incline bench press - 205lbsx3
incline dumbbell bench press - 70lbsx12
Dumbbell Presses - 60lbsx10
dumbbell rows - 130lbsx8
Barbell Rows - 225lbsx10
seated cable rows - 250lbs (whole stack)x8

guys i wanna take a break from updating my log

at least like 2 months
it's a lot of work sometimes

and i also wanna get my diet in check

moreso, i wanna relax with the diet for a while
don't worry, i'll still get the calories/protein/carbs that i need.

just gonna tone it down

you know, it's not fun eating 5000 calories a day

i'm just gonna bring it down to like 3700-4000 unless i feel like eating more.
it's still enought for me to grow so...

and i'll be having 1g per lbs for protein.

just wanna take a little break

i'm still gonna train like an animal

That's how I feel, and how mine is not that active. I'd rather eat, focus on nutrition then typing everything out and losing track of time. Just do it casually and you'll be fine. Mine's basically dead.

Up your protein a bit. You're a large guy, conversion through gluconeogensis won't happen most likely nor will it be stored as adipose tissue/fat.

I'm taking 1.5g, working great.

ok sorry, I misunderstood what the term 'max' meant.

Seems you don't care too much for shrugs, w/e.

Your stats look impressive, your back is really good. Looking at you, you look like you'd be doing more than your stats say... I mean that as a compliment.

Time off is good if you need it. I wish you maximum concentration...

Traps too big? man, imo they can't ever be too big, unless you're really concerned about symmetry, then I could understand that.
