YEah bro thats what im talking bout! ive defo seen in improvement! shoulders are looking batter, nice back nice everything! Looking good bro, the neighbourhood looks nice too!

Behind the back shrugs are sick, you'll defo feel it the next day give em a try! JOJ had a problem of lookin wide cus his traps were so damn huge!

Zack like i said we're all gonna have to move to california, share a pc between a 100000 of us and went isout turn.. we can watch japanese chick sawp vomit in each others mouths then a ghost will squirt cytoplasm over us LOL

no, just take the bench and make it an incline, but basically make it the lowest incline it can be for the most part

never done rows on the incline bench

i'll try that

but what i said about bending over parallel to the floor works great
just havn't been doing it because i've been working on lats more.

i think they're fine now.

ahh, see i was talking more about the upper back and how if you do like your rear delts that way it also works the middle traps, the rhomboideus, and teres major/minor muscles. pretty much all of your upper back that can move that way haha

Hey Kenny;

Great pics man - you are definately looking huge - good job!!! Don't worry too much about the fat here & there - when you cut it will shrink up. You've really added a lot of mass & thickness - and great definition on your back. I'd say do some cable crossovers for the pecs - try them on an incline bench and it will give you some good high definition on your chest. And go for the traps bro - they won't look out of proportion - you'll just look ripped. Go for a cut but keep the protein high so you burn the fat first. And don't forget the good fats - avocado & slamon, etc. or take some fish oil tabs (or drink it if you can stand the taste...yuk)

Great job 10+ (inspite of the frooty pebbles....)

i have one on page 6 of this thread

the thing is, i don't wanna get my mom to take a pic of me in a spedo. it's just weird. same goes with my sister and dad

so i only have one that i took on a mirror.

my legs are my strongest bodypart. i don't mean physical stregth cuz obviously your legs are strong but i mean they are a strong point for me.

legs/back/chest are my strong points.

but i look nothing like mr. jackson haha. it's a honor that you compare me to johnny jackson though. he's an amazing looking bodybuilder.
