thats a shit load of front delt especially when u do a lot of pressing for chest. I always do one press and the rest of the moves are raises where i am concentrating on middle and rear delt. thats just me my front delts take a beating with chest and what not so if it works for you def do it

I'd agree.

I'd only do compound movements for front delt. it doesn't need as much due to working it with chest and other exercises.

stick to side and rear delt for a good portion of your delt workout
