today's workout wasn't so great
i did legs but my lower back was still sore from the deadlifts i did on Monday lol.

so my lower back go sooo pumped that i had to take long rest times between sets and after squats, i couldn't go heavy on leg press because the deeper i went, the more i felt it on my lower back. it was very painful.

you ever had your lower back muscles get so pumped that you have to sit down or lie down? that shit hurts like hell.

anyway, here it is

squat
1x12 45lbs
1x8 135lbs
1x6 225lbs
1x4 315lbs
3x6 275lbs
Leg press
1x9 200lbs
1x9 400lbs
2x12 400lbs
Leg Extension
1x20 115lbs
1x15 145lbs
1x15 160lbs
1x13 160lbs
2x12 160lbs
Lying Leg Curl
1x12 25lbs
3x12 35lbs
Seated Leg Curl
2x12 150lbs
2x12 180lbs

i should've warmed up slower on the squats. 315lbs felt super heavy cuz i didn't warm up enough. all weight feels heavy to me on squats up until after the first working set for some reason. very heavy and uncomfortable. very unpleasant. but on the 2nd working set, it feels great. same goes with bench press. all the warmup sets + the first working set feel really heavy and aweful.

the funniest but most annoying thing happend to me on a leg press. when i put 400lbs on, since i go as deep as i can go until the machine won't go any lower, it sqeezed my abbs and i let out a fart. that shit smelled so bad that i had to leave my station for about 5 minutes. the first set of leg extensions you see actually happened before my last set of leg press. if i had gone back with that shit smell i would've thrown up before. the question that comes to my mind every time i do that is, what the FUCK did i eat???? Embarassing. i thought i saw someone gagging on the smell as i was across the other side of the gym doing the leg extension watching people's expression as they walked by.

remember the machine i perfer to use for lying leg curl is one that feels super heavy so my hamstrings aren't as weak as they seem to be.

well, i felt like shit after this workout.

you know, leg workouts aren't really fun for me anymore. as i get more experienced, i train to faliure more often and training to faliure on squats isn't fun. i don't even see many ifbb pros doing this. it's when you do as many reps as you can possibly do on squats until you know for sure you're going to fail the last rep. THEN you rack the weight. not fun at all.

LOL my freind farts on incline sit ups and on lying leg curls and it stinks!!!! one guy int they gym ripped his pants when he was squatting 315, he went pretty low haha! for says of soreness on the lower back! damn! give it a rest for a while. I got back today and its my fav thing to train lol

i feel like shit
it's 7:30 right now and i just threw up my breakfast. i'm still gonna go do arms at 8:00. but i'm so pissed. i worked so hard to get that breakfast in (oatmeal and eggwhites). soooo pissed. my workout's gonna suck now because i'm gonna have no energy and likely no pump.

lol too bad about throwing up breakfast. How much were you eating lol? When i shop i buy in bulk lol. i have 4 boxes of oats stored in may garage, (I brought 22lbs of the stuff) and i think i got 3 6-packs of tuna left lol

yeah
i decided not to workout today
i will skip my arm workout this week
gonna hit it hard tomorrow i hope. if God's willing.

meals were pretty chill today. didn't wanna overdo it.

my breakfast meal was actually under 500 calories oatmeal and eggwhites.

i just wasn't feeling well.

Not bad bro. Sorry I haven't been posting, I've been reading of course. I love waffles, I usually have 600+ calories a meal. When I count EVERYTHING. Looks like you really want tuna. Maybe add some carbs there, throw in something yummy.

too much tuna in a week can cause mercury poisoning or damage or w/e dude. might wanna keep tuna to a minimum and go with other fish as well like salmon or flounder
