hi everyone today done cardio 30 min then hit chest wit incline decline cables and flyes all 4 sets of 15 reps. done triceps then wit close grip rope and bar pushdowns all again 4 sets 15. then abs crunches oh my god hate them sooooo borin aint they. just home now havin me creatine and cookin me chicken breast and jacket potato wit red sauce all mixed together like a babies lunch. looks horrible tastes HORRIBLE ha ha

you need more work for today, might i suggest working in the 12-8 rep range for 3-4 sets depending on feel? both for chest and for tri. check out my log, this works for me...

...what are your overall goals though? are you looking for a lean physic or to build mass?

Yeah unless youre looking to lean out or build stamina I say the rep range is to high

hi thanks comments yeah tryin get leaner, oh kirk sorry think misunderstood my message am doin 4 sets on them all in the range of 12 t 15 reps sorry kirk think u thought was only doin 4 sets per body part ha ha x
