sorry its messy excel doesnt tranfer well

since its the new year i figured i would start a log on here. it keeps me accountable . im trying to focus more on strength, not to concerned with size right now. right now my maxes on the big 3 ( all Raw)
bench- 385
squat- 475
deads- 365... i know... i just started doing them again,

i got caght up with high rep work out for a while because i wanted to drop some weight and i quit doing them for about 2 years

goals for june... hopefully sooner
bench- 405
squat - 550
deads - 405

this is what im hoping to accomplish by posting this log:
definately constructive criticism... let it fly, i have thick skin

also more and different ideas...thinking outside the box


i started with the idea of going with a 5 x5 but i think i may make a revision already, i dont feel like its enough volume, but i am trying to hit everything twice in a 7 day span

did you mean you want to work out 7 days a week and hit everything twice a week.

not planning on it, just want to eat clean and lift.
also i know running is not big with bodybuilders, but i have to mix some in

no... i know it was confusing, the excel didnt transfer well and i didnt have time to fix it...

lifting 3 days a week

update for the week

had to take out shoulder press... im hurting there right now. but the other thing is....

can someone look at my weight jumps on bench and squats, let me know if these are good, or to big.

sometimes i think im wasting my time with the lower weight
