no straps, no gloves, just bare, i can manage that with lower reps, but once it gets to higher reps i really lose my grip

yup the reason my weight is significantly increasing is because im knocking off 2 reps each week, next week will be my final week of phase 2 and everything will be 2 reps!

i dont like the fact that i dont get much of a pump due to the low volume, but i still get sore the next day

a special thanks to the lads who have been frequently taking part in this log!!!!!!
