Military press: 2x4x115lbs, 1x4x125lbs
Close grip bench press: 1x4x125lbs, 1x4x135lbs, 1x4x145lbs
Bent over row: 1x4x155lbs, 1x4x167lbs, 1x4x180lbs
Barbell shrugs: 3x4x225lbs
