lol yh KM leicester is the tenth largest city in the UK and its rapidly growing, we may have met but never noticed it lol.... leicesters famous for its curry houses and is the curry capital of the UK! keeney ive been to an indian/chinese restaurant who do lucn all you can eat.. chinese food AND indian food, the place is gorgeous, its called Indigos, im not sure of the one your talking about lol but is it called the pecking? theres too many restaurants lol
I like it! its really different compared to volume which is normally what i am accustomed to. there isnt much of a pump due to 3 sets per body part. i doubt theres a chance of overtraining due to only training each bodypart with 6 sets... buts its very different and mentally challenging due to the heavy weight
im gonna be out of town this weekend unfortunately so im gonna schedule the 4th WO for the week on monday and carry on from there, i think 2days rest will do me good. been lifting my ass off lately!
Ah, yes. You need some rest time just like I did! It gets you motivated to hit the gym even harder the day you come back. Sounds like it should be a good shock to your body. Hypertrophy hopefully occurs. Looking forward to the rest of Phase 2 and Phase 3.

even a short break can really make you crave for the gym! i remember when i was fasting for a month, with training only once a week... i was suffering withdrawal symptoms!
