Sqauts: 1x10x135lbs, 1x10x157lbs, 1x10x180lbs, 1x6x225lb
Walking Dummbell lunges: 4x30ft'x27.5lbs
Stiff legged Deadlifts: 1x10x70lbs, 1x10x80lbs, 1x10x100lbs, 1x10x110lbs (got a real good stretch on these)
Leg extensions: 1x10x100lbs, 1x10x115lbs, 1x10x135, 1x6x155lbs
Lying leg curls: 1x10x70lbs, 1x10x80lbs, 1x10x90lns, 1x6x105lbs
Meals so Far:
Meal1: 4 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1cup oatmeal with 1.5 cups milk
After WO: 1.5 scoops protein shake, 1 huge pear
Meal2: 80g sliced beef on to white baps, Cucumber, 20floz of water, 2 fishfingers |
