MEALS
Water is high, evrything else was pretty gooood.
Woke up late so first meal was around 10am
Meal 1: 1.5Cup oatmeal, Glass of milk (Ran out of eggs and whey)
Meal 2: Tuna, 2.5 cups Oatmeal!!!!! Bit of butter and salt in it, Yoghurt
Meal 3: Tilapia Fillet, Rice Cakes, 3g Creatine
PWO- Carb Drink w/taurine, 3g Creatine, Milk
Meal 4: 3 LARGE eggs, 2 large cops, plum tomatoes
Meal 5: Lamb, wholegrain flat bread
Still gotta eat something B4 bed
Missed a meal because of my mom dragging me off to help her with some errands
Honestly, i dont think my diet is as dirty as i thought it was gonna be! Some of the meals were huge
