Lol^ luckily for me all my exams are in a space of a week, which is good in a way that i get them over and done with quickly and bad that i have a couple of exams on the same day. Memory and attachment are piss easy if that what you're doing

Ive got a bit of a cold today in this wonderful weather haha, but i still trained, it aint that bad. This is the first day of the new split,

Traning: Back
Wide Grip Pull ups
3x10

Rack Deads
12x225lbs
10x247lbs
8x270lbs

BB Row
10x135lbs
10x145lbs
8x155lbs
These were tough to do, my lower back was really feeling it at this point

Machine Low Row
125x12
137.5x10
155x10

BB Shrugs (Front)
10x135lbs
10x180lbs
10x200lbs

BB Shrugs (Back)
10x135lbs
10x180lbs
10x200lbs

My forearms were pumped as hell from all the gripping so i did a set of
Farmers Walk
45lbsxwhole gym per hand
That was probably 120ft
