I had a sickness like that yesterday where every time I ate something I'd throw up. Or even if I didn't. It sounds like yours lasted longer than mine though, I'll be lifting later today as long as everything goes right.

Overall goal by 16: 500lbs

First goal: Bench 200lbs by June 14

Leg Extensions: 1x15x135lbs, 1x13x145lbs, 1x11x155lbs
GHRs: 1x8, 1x7, 1x6
Standing Calf Raises(2 second Pause at the Bottom): 1x8x225lbs, 1x6x270lbs, 1x4x300lbs
Seated Calf raises: 1x15x135lbs, 1x15x145lbs
Leg Press Toe Press: 1x15x225lbs

Shoulders + Triceps:
Arnold presses: 1x10x40lbs, 1x8x45lbs, 1x8x50lbs, 1x4x55lbs
Lateral Raises: 1x15x15lbs, 1x13x22lbs, 1x10x27.5lbs
Chest supported rear delt raises: 1x10x15lbs, 1x10x17.5lbs, 1x8x22lbs
Decline skullcrushers: 1x10x55lbs, 1x10x60lbs, 1x8x65lbs
Rope Pulldowns: 1x15x50lbs, 1x14x50lbs, 1x13x50lbs
Also did some grip and ab work at school, Wrist rollers and plate pinches!

eating good! eggs, tuna and chicken in my meals, cant go wrong!

Learning about stress in pschology and particularly its effect on muscles. Cortisol release, adenaline, nor-adrenaline and various other hormones.. interesting shit! especially for someone who loves bodybuilding lol
