Nice workout man. So basically you're doing 2 sets/exercise? That's a bit like HST but right not it's at 12 reps. How are you liking this compared to formal split training? What really caught my eye is your DB Shrugs, look great man. 100 lbs is awesome weight!

thanks guys lol ive changed it to 60lbs kenney lol
i like frequency training, its got a lot more variety in it and the rep ranges change everyday.. the Triphase as a whole is really brolic if you put all you got into it

Decline skull crushers are great I always feel them the next day. 60lbs is good too, I only do about 40. I'm catching up with you on the dumbbell curls thought . Also nice weight on the lateral raises those are hard.

Underhand Tricep pulldowns: 1x12x60lbs, 1x12x70lbs
New excercise, set the bench on incline, and lie on it on your chest, grab an EZ bar and curl, Gr8 bicep isolater: 1x20x45lbs, 1x15x55lbs

Awsome workout dude! The pullups are especially impressive - that's one of the best exercises there is - glad to see you are adding weight to it.

Also with the decline skull crushers (maybe you already do this) I like to put the bench parallel to the mirror - that way you can look sideways and see your form. It's way more difficult if your elbows are behind your ears rather than straight up and you can't see that unless you look at the mirror. Plus you can see the tricep flex with is always good motivation!
