i check up all the nutritional details of everything i eat, wether it be from jars, packets or the internet lol. but i wont be doing it all the time only when i have time to spare. im currently making my own information table showing the makeup of foods i regularly eat.
Training:
Dumbbell Bench: 1x6x55lbs, 1x6x67.5lbs (should have gone heavier in the 1st set)
Very Deep Front Squats: 1x6x135lbs, 1x6x155lbs
One arm DB row: 1x6x85lbs, 1x6x90lbs
Barbell Curl: 1x6x90bs, 1x6x90bs
Shoulder press machine (i sit in the opposite direction and it is way harder and really hits the delts well): 1x6x90lbs, 1x6x100bs
Close grip bench press: 1x6x135lbs, 1x6x150lbs
Unfortunately, i forgot to train my Hammies, Calves and Traps seeing as i was in a bit of a rush.. really regret it lol, il make sure i hit them EXTRA hard on Friday
