im 162 and a bit, im a slow gainer lol unfortunately.. today i ate ok, breakfast was kinda bad, 1st meal was at 11am, i over slept, only 5 meals
meal1: 1 huge bowl of coco pops
meal2: 1lb chicken breast, 1ft french baguette, salad, slice of pizza from my dad, a few fries(this was huge meal!!!!!)
meal3: 8oz Chicken breast, salad, 1 bap
meal4: 3/4 rice, 8oz chicken breast
***1 mile jog at 10:00pm at -2 degreesC***
Energy drink banana
meal5: home made MRP shake
must have had like 2lbs chicken breast today, apart from meal 1, everything was cool! i have an upper body WO tommorow |
