yup i definately got a clean full rep of the 315, its just under double my bodyweight lol

Awsome dude! - that is most impressive - good that you lifted it up slowly - the one time I hurt myseld on deads it was cause i felt too confident and did them too fast.

haha thanks man, ive noticed my strength has really shot up too! curling 33's is pretty pip squeak for me now lol compared to before! i just gotta get that 300lb squat and ive reached my lifting goals. my weight goal is 170lbs

im 162 and a bit, im a slow gainer lol unfortunately.. today i ate ok, breakfast was kinda bad, 1st meal was at 11am, i over slept, only 5 meals

meal1: 1 huge bowl of coco pops
meal2: 1lb chicken breast, 1ft french baguette, salad, slice of pizza from my dad, a few fries(this was huge meal!!!!!)
meal3: 8oz Chicken breast, salad, 1 bap
meal4: 3/4 rice, 8oz chicken breast
***1 mile jog at 10:00pm at -2 degreesC***
Energy drink banana
meal5: home made MRP shake

must have had like 2lbs chicken breast today, apart from meal 1, everything was cool! i have an upper body WO tommorow

good stuff B! diet isnt too shabby. hope you are getting your practice! lol i had a lovely fry up this morning! found anywhere yet mate?

i was in Leicester yesterday - treated the other half to some new shoes, so i bought my self some Timberland style boots and a new vest top from Primark...£2.50!!! lol
