Training was outstanding today, i mixed the excercises up a lil bit
Barbell bench press: 1x2x180lbs, 1x2x190lbs, 1x2x200lbs!!!!! got a teeeny weeeeny bit of help on the second rep though
Weighted wide grip pull ups: 2x2xBW+45lbs, 1x2xBW+50lbs
Military press(smith) 2x2x124lbs, 1x2x135lbs
threw in a set of lateral raises: 1x20x17lbs
Barbell Shrugs(hold and squeeze at the top) 2x2x225lbs, 1x2x247lbs
Parralel bar dips(upright) 1x2xBW+22lbs, 1x2xBW+33lbs, 1x2xBW+45lbs
water intake so far: 1 gallon
Meal1(woke up late): 6 High protein pancakes (total, 32grams protein, 110g carbs) 1 glass orange juice, 1 glass Apple and mango juice, 2tbsp Forest Honey
Meal 2: 2 baked potatos, beans, can of tuna, cheese, sweetcorn
Meal Pre WO: Banana, Whey shake, 5 rice cakes
Meal PWO: Whey shake, Banana, Yoghurt, Crumpet... still awaiting more food
