nice squats bro

a little too much sodium from the wheat bread. i'm sure there was a reason for that though!

best carb sources IMO are oatmeal and brown rice.

i also like what you did with the calf raises. mine aren't growing on 12 rep sets so i'm gonna try that.

Hell yeah. Ran out of oats so had to get my own later on the day. That's my reason. And I hate brown rice, and only have it when I have to.

try doing your calves 3 times a week bro, youll deff get a lot of improvment on them!

good advice
i need to start doing that too

it's just, i push myself so hard, after a workout all i wanna do is get the fuck outa that gym.

but i'm gonna have to go the extra mile and catch up on my cardio and calf work.

i know bro trust me, do them before your workout, i learned to do that, than once yours get gorwin toa good size you only gotta work them once a week really
