you got strong biceps too. your delts are definatly helping you put up that weight on the incline bench press. the shoulder presses were good.
one thing though, you don't think you could go heavier on the shrugs? just try it next time. mine needed some heavy ass weight to grow. you'd be surpised at what you can do.
alright man. cya |
Thanks Ken bud. I had meals, just didn't have time to count and put everything together. My protein intake was rediculously high today; 203g! And my carbs were at 361g. fats were at 84g. So I'm taking in a lot more than my program told me.
The shrugs, if I go heavier, my form decreases. ROM isn't as smoothe and I feel a pull. Usually I go higher, but my ROM's been off. Mine actually don't need much weight at all to grow.

I'm sure they have bro, you can't tell because you're constantly examining yourself every chance you have. Yep, legs are definitely and quickly become one of my strong points. Ironic, I know.

Now, in terms of nutrient partitioning you never want to mix a high fat and carb meal, especially if you are consuming simple carbs. So we are back to timing in terms of body composition.
Mono-unsats have a positive impact on lipid profiles, lowering LDL (bad) cholesterol and raising HDL (good cholesterol).
In my opinion, added fats should be consumed before bed in a very low carb meal. This is when I supplement with fish oil and take in the remaining fats I need in my diet. Usually about 5g of fish oil and 20g of fat from olive oil or almonds.

Noted! Thanks Zir. I honestly interpreted what you said the opposite I guess. Now I know, that's all that matters. Got some questions for ya so look out bro.

Routine is pretty good, yet to see any changes. Some, however, I can see in my chest. Nice back there azn! (Avatar). It's only been a couple weeks so I'm not really expecting anything huge to come.
