Zack your story really reminded me of something that happended to me a few months a go, i was doing barbell military press, and struggling towards the end of the set, i ask my spotter to give me help, he was too busy looking at some hot chick walk past and nudged the bar into my mouth. i now have a chip on my front tooth. I had a set of perfect teeth too! with no braces!!! |
Perfect teeth in england? Impossible.
Also, just to reiterate my point, if a plate falls off while working out, it doesnt always mean no big deal. I have been close to plates falling off while people are working out and almost have them roll over onto me or even fall on others.
People who do explosive exercises like power cleans without clips really piss me off.
