Rivera is right. Diff people grow differently. Like my traps grow like crazy cuz i hit them so heavy, but other people might do the same weight and have little gains.

It's just genetic at times. I mean you can kinda curb genetics with how much you do and how much you eat, but it's tough to curb genetics.

I agree with Rivera also...

I should've said for ME. I was being arrogant and ignorant, so my fault on that. I just felt that, with a full body split, one of the key factors that is needed is volume. But this all depends on how far you breakdown the muscle. Everyone does respond differently to different stimuli's.

I actually agree on everyone's point, well said all.

....Log coming soon, long day so I just got on here.

Diet

Hey everyone, well I told you all I'd be splitting up my log for time. So that will start now, it's late so the log will probably by consecutive lol. Well, here ya go...

Meal plan for the day
.
Meal count- 7
Water intake- 1.5gal
Macrototals-
Protein: 162g
Carbs: 351g
Fat: 80g
Calories: 3240

Meal 1:

4 Eggs
1 Egg White
3 slices Whole wheat
2 slices of Pineapple
1 cup of OJ

Meal 2:
Chicken Caesar Wrap
5 slices Ham
2 Bananas
1 cup of Milk

Meal 3:

11 oz Turkey
1 cup of Potatoes
2 slices Whole wheat
.5 cup of Brown Rice

--Train--

Meal 4:
3 Tablespoons Honey
1 high carb/protein Yogurt
2 Almonds
33g Gainer

Meal 5:
1 can Tuna
2 cups Oats
1 cup of Milk
1 Apple

Meal 6:

4 Tablespoons of Peanut butter
2 slices Whole wheat
1 cup of Peaches

Meal 7:

33g Gainer
3 Walnuts
2 Hazel Nuts
1 Almond
1 Tablespoon of Olive oil

NOTE: I wasn't really feeling it today. Meals were evenly spaced, but it could've been a little better. My water intake was high, I'm getting sick again! lol. I evenly proportioned my meals today, not a big thing with me usually. Always have flaws. Had a great day of training to boot, so that'll be up soon enough.

Amazing diet log! - and very well balanced meals - don't know how you can eat just one almond at meal 7... great restraint. I try to eat only 1 handfull and end up w/ 800 cals of almonds! lol Nice macros too - looks like a lot of healthy calories for you.

Thanks bro! Honestly, I grabbed a handful of nuts out of my mixed nuts bag, and that's what I came up with! lol. Thanks anyway though...

Training log will come soon.
