Before I trained I weighed around 89-90 lbs. Pre-bulk I was 121-124 lbs.

Excellent stats, dude! You should be proud of that gain. As for the meals - looks good but i think you could get in a little more protein too - if you have a Costco or Trader Joes nearby - they both have really inexpensive high protein, low carb shake mixes (MetRx and EAS.) i highly recommend them - you could have had that with meal 5 and been right up there. It's convenient - I even take it to work as powder and shake it up in a coffee cup.

BTW - i had to laugh when you said you are going to stay at 140 - what for 2 weeks? - at your age & with your nutrition & workouts - you can't help but gain - go for it dude! The best is yet to come!

Usually I have the efficient amount of macro nutrients/meal. Why would I need to eat more protein? I'm already consuming over 1g/lb of bodyweight. Anymore than 170g of Protein at my bodyweight WILL be stored as fat. I will gain weight, I know. I'm just keeping everything as clean as possible..

Not the same days. He is ahead of me by a day. But it works, since he updates at night and i workout mid-day.
