your new workout routine is looking solid. an flys is def not a useless exercise, they are one of the best width exercises for chest in my opinion. you really have to find what works for you and it is alot of trial an error to figure it out.
would say if chest and bi are your weak points i would not put on same day- because you want to really focus on that muscle group an not have to worry bout hitting something else right after.

Right? Flys are so essential in my routine, so I kinda' took offense to the 'useless' lol. I know I should probably put the two by themselves, but I'm going to give this a try and see how it goes. Maybe I can have an intense day with both of them..

Also..

My other alternative for my split is putting Triceps with Chest and I hate doing that. Don't really know why, just never responded well to it. Hope this split provides more for me, especially since I have very little time left on my bulk.

Yeah. Trial and error is the only answer. I think HST is a great program, I respond well, just not on a bulk. If that makes sense..

Going to work extra hard on this split, no more fucking around.

flyes are def essential in your routine man in my opinion, because you said you are lacking width- this exercise is great for it.

I've started doing both more incline work and more flys to bring up my chest, love the cable flys, they friggin burn!

Yeah I like both; flys and cables. I'm talking to someone right now about another routine I possible could do. So thing's are freaking weird.

Not sure what I'll be doing tomorrow. Ugh. Decision!

Upper body/Lower body routine. Reading up on it, yeah I'm sketchy on it. I need to get it sorted lol.

So a two day split then? Tried that once, didnt work out so much, be careful not to get yourself to bogged down in routines mate, changing you mind all the time will only hurt your overall progress, do what you did with you hst, pick it and rip it!
