your new workout routine is looking solid. an flys is def not a useless exercise, they are one of the best width exercises for chest in my opinion. you really have to find what works for you and it is alot of trial an error to figure it out.
would say if chest and bi are your weak points i would not put on same day- because you want to really focus on that muscle group an not have to worry bout hitting something else right after.
