Progression
Sup homies.
Not too much went on today. I had some trouble understanding Glycogen so I read up on it and now it makes perfect sense to me now. Really focusing on the science as I progress, I feel it's most important if you want to learn your body.
Took a day off from Posing and it's an off day for Training as well.
Meal plan for today 
Meal count- 6
Water intake- 1.25 Gal
Macrototals-
Protein: 155g
Carbs: 335g
Calories: 3295
Fat: 54g
Meal 1: 2.5 cups of Oates, 1 cup of milk, 4 slices Whole wheat, 1 Apple, 20g Whey.
Meal 2: Chicken Parmigiana wrap, 1 banana, 2 slices Cheese (Hard), 1 tablespoon of Olive oil.
Meal 3: 7 Chicken Strips, 3 slices Turkey, 2 slices Whole wheat, 1 high carb/protein Yogurt.
Meal 4: 3 cups of Pasta, 2 cups of Broccoli, 5 oz of sliced Meat, 1 cup of milk.
Meal 5: 5 Tablespoons of Peanut butter, 2 slices whole wheat, 1 cup of Brown Rice, 1 Rice cake.
Meal 6: 2 cups of Cottage cheese, 20g Whey, 3 strands asparagus, 2 Almonds.
NOTE: Ate healthy today, but wasn't as strict as usual. Also didn't have my Nutrition Log with me at school so my macros are based on Fitday. Usually that's fine but I'm not sure 100% if Fitday is correct, that's why I prefer doing it myself.
Tomorrow: Training Real excited about HST tomorrow. Rested up today, recovered nicely.
