im just saying it is some amazing weight if he is using proper form. he could also be using legs in order to get more pressure on the shoulders on top. thats why i ask. for no matter what form he is using it is definetly working for him.

meals are spotless, training is great, looks like you got a good grip on those deadlifts, posing times have increased, theres only 1 way now and thats up!!

Deadlifts are rough at 12 reps. Thanks though! Going for 8 meals again today.

I spread between 2-3 hours. Depending on the GI carbs I eat and the absorption of the food I eat.
