remember cabbage expands your stomach! if i can add, you're going for WIDTH and thickness, all these exercises primarily are for thickness, incorporate wide grip lat pull downs, or wide grip weighted chin ups into this mix to expand that spread. all else looks great. |
Thanks bro! I really focus at school. Especially if I want to pursue my career of being a lawyer. I brought in something extra today while I was eating! Got in more food, was extremely determined. Yup deadlift went up! I was listening to some crazy Rock today, gotta show you later. Got me real pumped. I'm aware about the width part, as you remember, my exercises rotate. Last Back day, I was doing Chins, and wide Lat Pulldowns. Today I hit the lats a bit differently to shock growth!
