Damn bro you eat a lot. Definitely has to be more than 3000 calories.
I just noticed, you've got pretty strong shoulders.
Anyway, about the biceps question, I think you should try them, you'll never know until you try. Reverse grip preachers are good, also.

My caloric intake for today was around 3250. But I might have miscounted at lunch because I had something different. Yeah my shoulders are pretty strong, surfing has a huge impact on that. (Paddling). I think I'm going to try them. I need the width for my Bi's. Can't hurt if I give the ma try for a few weeks.

I'm a crazy Ectomorph. I need to eat as much as I do to actually gain weight.

-Also, I'm starting to gain a little bit of a tummy. Should I start working my abs now? I know I know, it's part of the bulk. But i'm trying to prevent the tummy largening as much as possible.

Ugh. But with a bit of a gut there, performing ab workouts won't lessen it. I would need to lose the tummy first, then build the abs up. So perhaps in a couple weeks I will.

Sound okay? And it's weird, it's my upper stomach near my diaphragm that's grown. Not the lower portion at all. Hmm.

that means you're bloated... might not just be the tummy, or your metabolism is working overload and isnt used to the amount of food you're taking in.
