i always remember, with bodybuilding more is not always better, when it comes to training. i.e the frequency of hittin a bodypart

More of the intensity you hit that body part. Quantity may not be better but the effort you but into that workout.

I've always went by that. I was always told that ever since I started. I'm lucky, I see kids in my school hit the gym and stay there for 2 hours do around 6-7 sets of bench to get that 'mountain chest'.
