12/26:
today is midway through my week off, current supps i am taking basic bcaa's and glutamine. 100% gold standard whey 24g 3 times a day and
casein at night 20 minutes before bed. its the day after christmas and spent a half hour on an elliptical to burn off some extra cals from the christmas cookies.
this is going to be a pointless thread till monday when i start contributing to it more, but i figured i'd let you know what i was going through, throughout the day on an off week.
woke up 9am and downed my first 24 g shake. made 5 egg whites, 3 whole wheat slices of bread toasted with non fat rasburry jelly. glass of oj, my gallon jug of water, and a bananna. bcaa's and glutamine mid meal.
meal 2: leftover ham on 3 whole wheat buns no sauce or spreads.
meal 3: tuna caserole and set of sushi (spicy tuna- plain)
meal 4: tomato and motzerella sandwhich with lettuce on pita bread. 24 g protein shake whey.
meal 5: fetuccini alfredo w/ half pound lean cut chicken with spices. light alfredo sauce from newmans own, all organic.
meal 6: 24 g whey shake and 12 oz ribeye with a1.
meal 7: 33g casein shake (type- MHP: probolic-sr) and 2 banannas. bcaa's and glutamines.
moving day bright and early tomorrow from my dover place to 45 minutes north (trolley square in the city of wilmington).
